Michael Dermond age 65, of Franklinville, NJ passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022.
He grew up in Runnemede, NJ and graduated from Triton Regional High School. Michael started his career in the roofing and siding business and then was accepted into the Ironworker Local 405 Union where he worked for L&R Construction for many years. Michael was enjoying a well-deserved retirement.
Upon retirement, Michael could either be found fishing, hunting, working on his boat, walking his dog Rudy, manicuring the yard and garden, cleaning his truck or helping someone fix something, but his favorite activity was being a PopPop to his granddaughter.
Michael was the beloved husband of the late Charlene Dermond. Devoted father of Chrischele Dermond. Loving PopPop to Jordyn Letzgus. Dear son of Joan (nee Houck) and the late William Dermond. Son-in-law of the late Barbara Crawford. Brother of William Dermond (Marie), Debbie Chandler, Linda Lolli, and Kim Ricciardelli. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Interment private.
